  4. Inventory Data: Stock levels, product descriptions, and inventory metadata provided by you within your subscription account.

  5. Technical Data: Information about your device and website usage collected via Google Analytics.

2. Subscription & Data Retention (Inventory System)

  1. Our Inventory System is a subscription-based service (Monthly or Yearly).

  2. Data Hosting: We host your stock data as long as your subscription is active.

  3. 30-Day Grace Period: If a subscription expires or is canceled, we will retain your inventory data for exactly 30 days. During this period, you may renew your subscription to regain access to your data.

  4. Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day grace period has passed, all associated inventory records will be permanently deleted from our servers to ensure data privacy and optimize system resources. We strongly recommend exporting your data before the end of your subscription.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with the following platforms to ensure high-quality service delivery:

  1. Paystack: For secure, encrypted payment and subscription processing.

  2. Ecwid: To manage our online storefront and service registrations.

  3. Mailchimp: To send professional updates, billing reminders, and training materials.
